Colleen
Mayone(14)-TYR group; will swim at the Belmont Plaza Olympic
Pool in Long Beach, CA Dec. 21-22 in her first Speedo Champions
Series event after placing 2nd in the 500 Freestyle with
a 5:12.16. Her time lowered the 13-14 KOHR record previously
held by Emma Hunt by over 7
seconds. Colleen also set new open records (Best Swims by any
swimmer in all age groups) in the 1000 freestyle finishing 4rth
(10:49.02) and the 200 butterfly, 6th (2:19.15). She also swam
a leg on 3 club record setting relays.
Parker Costa
(10)-championship development group; lifted 4 individual club records off the books,
including a 22 year old record previously held by Kyle Nichols in the 100 yard freestyle with a
1:01.93. Parker’s highlights also include a
1st place in the 500 freestyle at the club record
setting pace of 6:00.29.
Jackson
Klarsfeld (10)-championship development group; added 2 individual KOHR club records to
the books while placing 9th in the 100 backstroke
(1:13.96) and 9th in the 100 butterfly events
(1:12.75).
