ConKohrs Barracudas Sectional Team Rockets Thru Club
Records at USA CA/NV Long Course Section Championships held at
Santa Clarita Aquatic Center July 22-26.
Colleen Mayone (14) continued her assault on the
13-14 girls’ club records, setting new standards in the 400
meter freestyle (4:44.97) & 800 meter freestyle (9:43.15).
Allison Short (13) lowered the 13-14 girls’
record in the 100 meter backstroke to 1:11.51 and achieved a Far
Western Championships qualifying time in the 100 meter freestyle
with a 1:04.35.
Ava Vucina (15): set a new personal best in the
100 meter butterfly with a 1:16.76.
The women’s 400 meter free relay team consisting of
Allison Short, Colleen Mayone, Ava Vucina and Meagan Hoch
established a new open and 13-14 girls’ club record with a
time of 4:21.02.
